Eugenia Martinkus
Senior Associate
Eugenia completed a Bachelor of Arts in 2009, and a Master of Laws (JD) at Monash University in 2013. Eugenia joined Cathleen Corridon Family Lawyers in 2008 as a paralegal and completed her Supervised Workplace Training with the firm in 2014.
Eugenia was admitted to practice as a solicitor in 2014 and practices in both Family Law and Children’s Law – appearing in the Children’s Court on an almost daily basis.
Eugenia recently returned to our firm following a three-year period in Sydney, where she worked as a Legal Officer for the Health Care Complaints Commission, prosecuting complaints regarding public and private health practitioners.
Eugenia has also been employed as an instructor in criminal law trials and has volunteered her time at the Fitzroy Legal Service.
Eugenia is on the Victoria Legal Aid Duty Panel and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
